Station 01Requirement

Every project comes in as a need: an idea, a third-party drawing, a failing part, or a system that has to be integrated.

Station 02Engineering

Station 03Prototype

Station 05Integration & assembly

PASARI FSAE — Formula SAE Michigan 2026

ChallengeDesign, manufacture, and bring to competition a Formula SAE single-seat vehicle.

Disciplines involved: 01 Requirement, 02 Engineering, 03 Prototype, 04 Manufacturing, 05 Integration & assembly, 06 Validation.

Constraints

  • Full SAE competition technical rulebook
  • Institutional requirement: SAE requires a university name to compete
  • Fixed competition calendar (Michigan, 2026)

Verifiable result

The vehicle passed technical inspection and the tilt test. The noise test was not passed, so the official brake test could not be run (passing noise is a prerequisite). In on-campus braking tests, the wheels locked within the distance required by SAE rules.

The technical package

A project doesn't end at the part: it ends at the part plus its knowledge. These are the documents a project can generate.
