Capability matrix
Which discipline comes in at which stage, and what it delivers.
| Discipline | Stages where it comes in | Typical deliverables | Indicative volume |
|---|---|---|---|
| Engineering & Product Development | 02 | CAD models · Dimensioned 2D drawings · Bill of materials (BOM) · Functional prototype · Assembly instructions | Single part or prototype |
| Electrical Harnesses & Integration | 05 | Electrical diagram · Wire list and pinout · Manufactured harness · Continuity test report | Subject to per-project evaluation |
| CNC Machining & Metalworking | 04 | Machined or formed parts · Injection-molded parts · Dimensional report · As-built documentation when required | Pilot batches and low-to-medium volume production |
| Additive Manufacturing | 03 | Printed part · Adjusted print file · Iteration report when applicable | Single part or prototype · Pilot batch |
| Tooling & Fixtures | 0405 | Manufactured fixture or formboard · CAD model of the fixture · Instructions for use | Single part or prototype |
